Hermès giant twill silk carré, measuring 140cm by 140cm, designed by Hermès in 2007 and illustrated by Henri d'Origny, also the creator of "Mors à la Connétable". "Projet Carrés" is a unique work: it is the first Hermès carré designed entirely digitally, breaking away from the traditional manual technique. With great precision, the designer uses this new tool to arrange iconic equestrian emblems (bits, stirrups, riding crops) in trompe-l'œil, creating a very convincing illusion of depth. It is a modern reinvention of the Hermès legacy.

"In 2004, Henri d'Origny created a photographic composition combining various equestrian pieces preserved in the heritage collection or the Émile Hermès museum. Set within a harmonious frame, bronze stirrups, English bits, Arab spurs, and fly whisks form an elegantly structured ensemble. Entirely redrawn in pencil, Projets Carrés here embraces the sober sensuality of the line. The play of symmetry reveals light motifs, as if suspended in mid-flight."
This scarf is in new condition: never worn, no flaws. Composition tag present. "S" stamp under the tag, as the scarf comes from private sales.
