Processing Times: Each order is carefully prepared within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. Every item is meticulously packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery in France: Orders destined for mainland France are shipped via Colissimo with tracking. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
International Delivery: We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via Colissimo International or DHL Express with a tracking number. Delivery times vary by destination:
Europe: 3 to 6 business days
United States & Canada: 5 to 10 business days
Rest of the world: 7 to 13 business days
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the package.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes: For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These fees are collected directly at checkout for the United States. For other countries, they may be the recipient's responsibility, depending on local legislation.
Damaged Delivery: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at the email address listed on our site, attaching photos of the package and its contents.
Pickup by Appointment — Paris: For customers based in or visiting Paris, in-person pickup is available by appointment in the 9th arrondissement. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
