TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (TCS)

1. LEGAL NOTICES AND PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern all transactions carried out on the website.

• Independence: The publisher specifies that it is in no way affiliated, associated, or approved by the Hermès brand. The items sold are independently authenticated second-hand (vintage) pieces.

2. AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION OF PRODUCTS

Given the "luxury and vintage" nature of the items:

• Expertise: Each scarf is rigorously authenticated by our internal team of experts before being put up for sale.

• Condition of items: As vintage pieces, the condition of each item is scrupulously checked. Product sheets detail the condition of the object (wear, pulled threads, possible stains) and are accompanied by binding photographs.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

• Currency: Prices displayed on the site are indicated in Euros (€).

• VAT: In accordance with Article 293 B of the General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (Sole Proprietor / VAT exempt franchise).

• Payment: Payment is made by credit card or via the secure payment solutions offered on Shopify.

4. DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS FORMALITIES

We ship worldwide with a tracking number provided at the time of dispatch.

• Estimated delivery times: * France and Europe: 4 to 8 working days.

  • Rest of the world: 5 to 15 working days.

• Duties and Taxes (DDP): For shipments outside the European Union (especially to the USA), customs duties, taxes and import fees are calculated and collected directly during the validation of your order. The seller is responsible for remitting these funds to the carrier (DHL or other) to ensure delivery without additional charges upon receipt.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (HAMON LAW)

In accordance with current legislation (Hamon Law):

• Period: The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

• Return conditions: The item must be returned in its exact selling condition, unworn, and with all its original packaging (box, ribbon, etc.).

• Return costs: Return shipping costs are exclusively at the customer's expense. The customer is responsible for the proper delivery of the package (tracked and insured shipping recommended).

6. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

The personal information collected is necessary for order processing and invoice issuance.

• In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data upon simple request by email.

• Your data is never transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes, with the exception of logistics providers for delivery.

7. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These TCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action before the competent courts of Paris.
