Hermès "Bolduc" silk twill scarf, 90cm by 90cm, designed by Jean-Louis Dumas and issued in 1983 only. This is a classic Hermès scarf, recognizable among thousands, particularly in this orange colorway.
This design is a tribute to the famous Hermès bolduc, the iconic ribbon that has tied every gift package since 1949. It was created by Jean-Louis Dumas himself, chairman of the house from 1978 to 2006, one of the most emblematic figures in Hermès history. Caty Latham created a more modern version of this theme with "Bolduc au Carré".
This scarf is in Very good condition: Beautiful plump roll, excellent overall condition, a barely discernible detailed white reflection in the last photo which I must point out. Composition tag present.
